During the warranty period, EPOS authorised service centre will, at its sole discretion (a) repair the product using new or refurbished parts, (b) replace the product with a new or refurbished product. Consumable Components and Accessories: Limited-life consumable components and accessories subject to normal wear and tear are exempt from warranty.
