We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
How do I know if my payment has gone through?
You will receive an order confirmation via email once your payment has gone through.
Why has my payment been declined?
There could be a number of reasons - Please ensure you have entered the CVV security code, billing address and postcode correctly. If you are shopping from overseas, your credit card may be not authorised for overseas transactions. We recommend that you consult your bank for such matters.
I'm having issues with my PayPal account. I'm not sure if my payment has gone through?
Please contact PayPal directly for all account related issues. You will receive an order confirmation once the payment has gone through successfully. If you believe that the payment has been made but have not received an order confirmation, please contact us and we will investigate this on our end.
I do not have a Paypal account. Do I need a PayPal account in order to purchase items?
No, you do not need a Paypal account. You can pay using credit / debit cards without having a PayPal account. When you are redirected to the PayPal payment page. You will be presented with the following options. Please select option 2 and key in your credit card details.
Option (1) Log in to your existing PayPal account.
Option (2) Don't Have PayPal account, sign in as Paypal Guest.
Funds Transfer and Cheque
Can I pay via funds transfer, internet banking or cash deposit?
Yes, you can. We are able to accept internet banking and fund transfer payments from almost any bank. We recommend using the FAST Transfer option so that your funds will show up immediately. FAST (Fast and Secure Transfer) is a new electronic funds transfer service that lets you transfer SGD funds almost instantly from one bank to another within Singapore, up to a maximum of S$10,000 per transaction. Our bank details will be provided at checkout.
Why is my status still "Awaiting Fulfillment"?
Funds transfers and cheques may take 3-5 working days for the bank to process. Your package will only be shipped out once the payment has cleared.
Can I pay via cheque?
Yes, we accept cheque payments for corporate orders above S$2,500. Please make your cheques payable to HEADPHONES SG. Your order will only be processed and shipped upon receipt of funds. If you require more than 10 units of a particular SKU please contact us to confirm availability.
