Payment Options

Headphones SG accepts a variety of payment methods. You can now pay for your purchases via all major credit cards and debit cards (American Express, Visa & MasterCard). Apple Pay & Google Pay are also supported. You will be able to select your preferred payment option at checkout. If you have any issues with payment, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express from all major banks and card issuers (both foreign and local), including but not limited to OCBC, DBS, POSB, UOB, Standard Chartered, Bank of China and more

How do I know if my payment has gone through?
You will receive an order confirmation via email once your payment has gone through.

Why has my payment been declined?
There could be a number of reasons - Please ensure you have entered the CVV security code, billing address and postcode correctly. If you are shopping from overseas, your credit card may be not authorised for overseas transactions. We recommend that you consult your bank for such matters.

Apple Pay Yes, Apple Pay is now accepted. If you are using a supported device, you will now see the Apple Pay logo at the "Cart" and "Checkout" pages of our store. Please click here to view the list of supported Apple devices, credit and debit cards.
Google Pay Yes, Google Pay is now accepted. If you are using a supported device, you will now see the Apple Pay logo at the "Cart" and "Checkout" pages of our store. Please click here to view the list of supported Android devices, credit and debit cards.
Paypal Unfortunately, Paypal is currently not supported.
Cash On Delivery Unfortunately, Cash On Delivery is currently not supported.
Funds Transfer  and Cheques Can we pay using funds transfer (IBG / GIRO) or cheque? 
Yes, we accept payments for corporate orders above S$2,500. Please make your funds transfers and cheques payable to HEADPHONES SG. If you have a bulk order, please contact us for a quote. We will process your PO, generate an invoice and provide you with our bank details. 

Why my order status has not yet been updated to "Order Processed"?
Your order will only be processed and shipped upon receipt of funds. Funds transfers and cheques may take 3-5 working days for the bank to process. Your package will only be shipped out once the payment has cleared.
