Ninjavan (4-5 working days)
All Singapore orders will automatically qualify for free delivery via Ninjavan. Deliveries typically made in 4 to 5 working days. Some delays are expected in the current climate. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Grab Express (1 working day)
Additional top up may be required. Subject to driver availability, distance, and peak periods. Some bulky items (i.e. large sound systems) are not eligible for Grab Express. We will contact you if this option is not available to you.
Please ensure your mobile phone number and shipping address provided is accurate and complete (incl. floor and unit) number to avoid any further delays. A return fee and re-delivery fee will be levied by the courier and will be borne by the recipient if the details provided are incorrect.

With FedEx International Economy service, you can save on your less time-sensitive shipments without sacrificing reliability. Delivery to more than 220 countries and territories typically in 4 to 6 business days.
What if I am not home when my package arrives?
(1) For small items, please check your mailbox. If your item is small enough, it will be placed there.
(2) For larger items, you will receive a notice slip or SMS or email requesting a re-delivery date
Can I opt for my delivery to be made at a specific time?
(1) For residential addresses, deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 9am to 10pm
(2) For office addresses, deliveries are made on Monday to Friday, between 9am to 5pm
You will need to courier directly with the tracking number provided for any special arrangements.
Can my package be delivered on weekends?
Yes, in order for your item to be delivered between 9am to 1pm on Saturdays, please place your order by Thursday 12pm.
How do I change the delivery address of my order?
If you’ve just finished placing your order, please contact us immediately and we’ll try to change your address if the order has yet to be dispatched. An administration fee of S$10 will apply to all orders that have yet to be shipped. A change of delivery address after the package has been shipped is not permitted.

Where is my tracking number? How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order. Once your items have been dispatched, you will receive another email with the tracking number with instructions on how to track your order.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours on weekdays during business hours. Orders placed after 12pm on Saturdays will be processed the following Monday.
Why is my tracking number "not found" on Ninjavan/Singpost/Speedpost's website?
Driver may not have scanned the package during the pickup process. Please allow up to 24 hours for system to update their tracking database and try again.
