At Headphones.sg, we understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process and deliver your orders as soon as we can. Please refer to our delivery options below for more details. You can select your preferred delivery or self-collection option at checkout.

Free SG Delivery

All Singapore orders above S$150 will automatically qualify for free delivery via Singpost normal mail. Please note that no tracking number is provided. Deliveries typically made in 4 to 5 working days.

Singpost Smartpac

For S$6.99 you get discreet, reliable, and secure delivery service to any Singapore address with Smartpac. Includes tracking number. Deliveries typically made in 3 to 4 working days.

Speedpost Door To Door Delivery

For S$9.99 you get reliable and secure delivery service to any Singapore address (homes, offices and hotels) with Speedpost. Includes tracking number, email and SMS notifications plus re-delivery service. Deliveries typically made in 2 to 3 working days.

 

International Orders

We've partnered with Fedex to offer all Headphones SG customers a 40% discount off standard shipping rates. Please note that you will need to have entered the zip code, city, and country correctly. The shipping rates you see at checkout are inclusive of the 40% discount.

FedEx International Priority®

FedEx International Priority service is Fedex's most popular shipping service, with time-definite delivery to the U.S. and around the world. Delivery to more than 220 countries and territories in typically in 2 to 3 business days.

FedEx International Economy®

With FedEx International Economy service, you can save on your less time-sensitive shipments without sacrificing reliability. Delivery to more than 220 countries and territories typically in 4 to 6 business days.

 

Delivery FAQ

What if I am not home when my package arrives? 

For Smartpac, the package will be left securely in your letter box.
For Speedpostl, you will be provided a notice slip with details for a re-delivery.
For POPStation, you will receive a SMS notification once your parcel has been delivered to your specified POPStation.

Can I opt for my delivery to be made at a specific time?

Most deliveries are made between 9am to 8pm on Mondays to Fridays and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. Headphones.sg contracts Singpost/Speedpost to make deliveries and unfortunately they are unable to provide an exact time for your parcel to be delivered. 

Can my package be delivered on weekends?

Yes, in order for your item to be delivered between 9am to 1pm on Saturdays, please place your order by Thursday 12pm. 

How do I change the delivery address of my order?

If you’ve just finished placing your order, please contact us immediately and we’ll try to change your address if the order has yet to be dispatched. An administration fee of S$10 will apply to all orders that have yet to be shipped. A change of delivery address after the package has been shipped is not permitted. 

Why is my delivery is late. Can I get a refund?

Headphones.sg contracts Singpost/Speedpost to make deliveries. Hence, we hope you understand that Headphones.sg cannot be responsible for any late deliveries as these factors are beyond our control.

Where is my tracking number? How do I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order. Once your items have been dispatched, you will receive another email with the tracking number with instructions on how to track your order. In the event that your tracking number is 'not found', please allow a few hours for the SingPost system to update your status. 

What does "awaiting fulfillment" on my order status mean?

It means that we've received your payment and order details and will be processing your order. Orders are generally processed in 24 hours on weekdays. Orders placed after 12pm on Saturdays will be processed the following monday. 

Why is my tracking number "not found" on Singpost/Speedpost's website?

Please allow up to 24 hours for Singpost/Speedpost's system to update their tracking database and try again.
