Warranty Information

Headphones SG is an authorised reseller for the following brands in Singapore and you are entitled to limited warranty by the local service centre to either repair, replace or exchange of the defective product during the one following periods from the date of your initial purchase. You are required to retain a copy of your receipt throughout the duration of the warranty period. In the unlikely event that an exchange or replacement is needed, please log into your account to print a copy of your Headphones.sg receipt before you visit the respective service centres.

Limited Warranty 

Please note that the forgoing warranty is limited and is not applicable to: (i) normal wear and tear; (ii) defects or damage caused by misuse, accident (including without limitation collision, fire and the spillage of food or liquid), neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorized repair, installation, wiring, or testing, improper storage, use in an unapproved device or if the serial number has been removed; (iii) use not in accordance with the documentation; (iv) damage caused by the equipment with which the product is used; and (v) all acts of god.

 

How To Claim Your Warranty

  1. Register your warranty either online or mail in the accompanying warranty card.
  2. Retain a copy of your receipt or login to your account to print one.
  3. Contact the service centre to make an appointment before heading down.
  4. Contact details of the service centre is printed on the warranty card.
  5. Service centre will make an independent assessment if your item qualifies for a replacement.

The decision to grant an exchange or replacement is the sole discretion of the respective brand, manufacturer or distributor and not Headphones SG.

 

Scope of Warranty

We regret that we are UNABLE to assist you with warranty related requests for products that are NOT purchased from Headphones SG. This includes products purchased OUTSIDE of Singapore including but not limited to 3rd party marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Lazada, Qoo10 and Rakuten). We strongly advise that you contact the retailer where you have purchased the product for warranty related issues. If you have bought from us, you can refer to our guidelines above for more details and submit a request where applicable.
