While the Noire XO retains beloved features from the Noire X, like the self-tensioning headband, it also introduces key upgrades. A newly engineered driver delivers greater consistency and reliability over previous AEON 2 designs, while redesigned ear pads minimize internal foam movement and feature a soft Alcantara suede contact surface for enhanced comfort.
Acoustic Metamaterial Tuning System (AMTS)
The NOIRE XO includes DCA’s acclaimed AMTS tuning system, previously exclusive to flagship models. AMTS utilizes advanced metamaterial design to refine frequency response and eliminate high-frequency standing waves, which often cause harsh, synthetic treble.
